How it works

Membership to the PLAYERS CLUB is open to all players who play for Real Money and is completely FREE.

For every 10 credits wagered on casino games you earn 1 (one) point. The table below illustrates the various weightings of the games. Points may be exchanged in increments of 1,000 with each 1,000 points being equivalent to 10 credits.

Game wagering will contribute in the following percentages:

Table Poker (excludes Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker Gold), all Roulettes (excluding American Roulette), Casino War and SicBo	50%
Video Poker, Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker Gold, all Blackjacks (except Classic Blackjack), Craps, Baccarat	10%
Classic Blackjack	2%

For example: 500 credits wagered on Slots, American Roulette or Keno will count as 500 credits wagered (100%). However 500 credits wagered on Table Poker or other Roulette games will count as 250 credits wagered (50%).

You can earn a limitless number of points and casino cash in a month. The PLAYERS CLUB fulfils functions beyond simply being a vehicle for regaining casino cash. Your PLAYERS CLUB STATUS, and subsequent qualification for exclusive promotional benefits, is established by the points that you accrue during the course of the month. Member Status

Upon your initial registration with the Players Club, you are attributed a Member Status. This status will be altered as you start wagering and earning more points. Bonus points are not considered when calculating status and member status is calculated monthly.

Prerequisite points for statuses:

Member	0 - 499	per month
Silver	500 - 2,499	per month
Gold	2,500 - 7,499	per month
Platinum	7,500 +	per month

Bonus Points

We extend BONUS Points to Gold and Platinum level members as an extra perk. You may cash these in, though they will not help add to your status.

Platinum and Gold members receive benefits as follows:

• Platinum 25% BONUS Points
• Gold 10% BONUS Points

The amount of player club points accrued in a month is used as a basis for calculating Bonus points.

To illustrate, should a Gold status member earn 5,000 Points in a single month, he will earn 500 BONUS Points for the month (namely, 10%).
Just as if a Platinum status member accrued 10,000 Points in a month, 2,500 points (namely, 25%) will be earned. Bonus points do not go towards achieving status level.

Points Redemption

Simply go to the Player Points manager at any time, and select the number of points you wish to exchange. These points will be added to your casino account instantly once you exchange them and can be exchanged for casino cash exclusively.

Points may be exchanged in increments of 1,000. Every 1,000 points exchanged yields $ 10 in casino cash. If you possess 1,500 points, you may only exchange 1,000 or $ 10 and the remaining 500 points will carry over till such time as you attain the figure of a minimum of 1,000 points.
If you possess a balance of 5,300 points, you can exchange all 5,000 points for $ 50 once off, and not in painstaking units of 1,000.

Terms and Conditions A member consents to the following terms and conditions by registering with the Casino Splendido Players Club.

Player Club Points and Bonus Points

• Having their Casino Splendido casino account linked to their Players Club membership account is the only way members earn points for play.
• A member will earn 1 Players Club Point for every 10 credits wagered on casino games. Game wagering will contribute in the following percentages:

• Bonus Points will be earned by Platinum members at a rate of 25% of players Club points earned and by Gold members at a rate of 10% of Players Club points earned.
• Bonus Points and Players Club Points hold the same financial value i.e. 1,000 points is equivalent to $ 10.00
• It may take 24 hours for points earned for wagering to reflect.
• Bonus points and Players Club points may be redeemed in increments of 1,000 points (i.e. $ 10.00 ) at any time. Those points not redeemed (i.e. less than 1,000 points) will remain in the members account until a minimum of 1,000 points has been earned, and thus will be carried over. In order to redeem points, a player must follow instructions after first logging on to the Players Club webpage, and then logging on using his/her Players Club password and account number.
• Membership to the Players Club will lapse and all accrued unredeemed points will lapse should a members casino account be inactive for a period exceeding 6 months. Loyalty points that have not been redeemed for a period exceeding 90 days after being accrued, will lapse.

Member Status

• Member status Upgrading is performed automatically while downgrading decisions regarding a member's status will be performed on the 1st day of every month. Members will need to earn the minimum number of points each month – to maintain their grade.
• Bonus Points earned will not be included in the calculation of a members status. The total number of Players Club Points earned in the previous month will be used to calculate a members status.

A member needs to earn the following number of Points in the preceding month to qualify for the respective player grades:

Silver	500 - 2,499	per month
Gold	2,500 - 7,499	per month
Platinum	7,500 +	per month

General

• The right to change or suspend the players Club program at any time and without notice is reserved by Casino Splendido Casino.
• The right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice is reserved by Casino Splendido Casino.
• The right to adjust a members point balance due to any incorrect point calculations that may occur is reserved by Casino Splendido Casino.
• These terms and conditions form part of the standard terms and conditions of Casino Splendido Casino and should be read in conjunction with those terms. Casino Splendido reserves the right to withhold player points at its discretion.
